1. User Obligations and Conduct

Conduct requirements

By using this site or attending a Shadow Strand Bridge experience, you agree to conduct yourself appropriately, respectfully, and in compliance with Japanese law and local customs. You confirm that you:

• —Are at least 18 years of age, or are accompanied by a guardian.
• —Will not disrupt, intimidate, or harass our guides, vendors, or other participants.
• —Will follow all reasonable health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• —Will arrive at the agreed time and location with the understanding that late arrivals may result in a shortened experience.

Prohibited activities

• —Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting access to Shadow Strand Bridge experiences.
• —Recording or photographing vendors or kitchen staff without explicit consent.
• —Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when making a booking.

2. User Responsibilities

• —Legal compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your participation in our experiences complies with all laws applicable in your home country and Japan.
• —Dietary disclosures: You are responsible for informing us of allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before your session. We cannot be held liable for reactions arising from undisclosed dietary needs.
• —Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Shadow Strand Bridge against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misrepresentation, or unlawful conduct.
• —Third-party interactions: Interactions with street vendors or kitchen staff during our sessions are facilitated by Shadow Strand Bridge but are ultimately between you and the vendor.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of warranties

Shadow Strand Bridge provides this website and its experiences on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or that any given experience will match every expectation. Reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy of all information provided.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shadow Strand Bridge's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or attendance at an experience is limited to the amount paid for that experience. Shadow Strand Bridge is not liable for:

Force majeure

Where we are unable to fulfil an experience due to circumstances outside our control — including but not limited to extreme weather, public health emergencies, or civil unrest — Shadow Strand Bridge will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Refunds in such circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

• —Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Osaka.
• —Dispute resolution: We encourage you to contact us first with any concern. Most issues can be resolved informally. Formal legal proceedings should be a last resort.
• —Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• —Modifications: These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking or site visit applies.
